Cancellation & Return Policy Content

  1. Cancellation, if any, should be done if the status of the placed order is either confirmed or placed but payment unsuccessful
  2. Orders already under process of making, shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
  3. If The Merchant cancel all or part of your order, The Merchant will issue a refund to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (only when your card is charged).
  4. All refunds will be made within 24 working hours after satisfactory verification and evaluation.
  5. Any other cancellation and refund will be entirely at The Merchant Discretion.

    Refund Policy and Return Policy 

    Refund and Return : We do not accept return, if in case the product is delivered in damaged condition, the customer should raise a request within 24 hours of the delivery date. Once the return is approved, the replacement / Exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 business days. 

    In case of refund, if the refund is approved the amount will be credited to you within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
