Cancellation & Return Policy Content
- Cancellation, if any, should be done if the status of the placed order is either confirmed or placed but payment unsuccessful
- Orders already under process of making, shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
- If The Merchant cancel all or part of your order, The Merchant will issue a refund to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (only when your card is charged).
- All refunds will be made within 24 working hours after satisfactory verification and evaluation.
- Any other cancellation and refund will be entirely at The Merchant Discretion.
Refund Policy and Return Policy
Refund and Return : We do not accept return, if in case the product is delivered in damaged condition, the customer should raise a request within 24 hours of the delivery date. Once the return is approved, the replacement / Exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.In case of refund, if the refund is approved the amount will be credited to you within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.
